Soccer Recap: Burbank Comes Up Short

Burbank was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Florin Panthers. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Burbank's goal came courtesy of Faseehullah Baha, who's now up to 11 this season.

Burbank's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-2. As for Florin, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burbank will welcome Foothill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Florin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Johnson will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Florin surely won't give up without a fight.
