The Coastal Academy Stingrays typically have all the answers at home, but on Thursday the San Diego Jewish Academy Lions proved too difficult a challenge. They skirted past the Stingrays 51-48. That's two games straight that San Diego Jewish Academy has won by exactly three points.
San Diego Jewish Academy was led to victory by Ethan Abeles and Jack Silberstein. Abeles scored 21 points along with six rebounds and six steals, while Silberstein scored 28 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. That makes it three consecutive games in which Silberstein has scored at least a third of San Diego Jewish Academy's points.
The win makes it two in a row for San Diego Jewish Academy and bumps their season record up to 13-11. As for Coastal Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-5.
San Diego Jewish Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Coastal Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
