Natrona County faced South in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Mustangs won by a set and slipped past the Bison 2-1. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bison, too.

Natrona County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-19, 25-22.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for South, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Natrona County will take on Big Horn at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. As for South, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Laramie at 6:00 p.m. on the 10th.
