Volleyball Recap: Gustine Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Gustine lost against Dos Palos back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Reds fell 3-1 to the Broncos.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 23-25, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Yareli Ibarra, who had 12 digs and two aces. Those 12 digs gave her a new career-high. Emery German also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Gustine now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dos Palos, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Gustine and Dos Palos will both be playing Orestimba the next time they take the court. The Broncos will host the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Reds will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
