Halls's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against the Peabody Golden Tide by a score of 7-4. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The team relied heavily on Tanner Belton, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Charles Langley, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Halls' victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Peabody, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
