Basketball Recap: Tivy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Medina Valley

Tivy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost to the Medina Valley Panthers on the road by a 78-63 margin on Friday. The Antlers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2020.

Looking ahead, Tivy will head out to challenge Cornerstone Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Medina Valley, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against San Marcos at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
