Soccer Recap: Riverdale Comes Up Short

Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Kewanee Boilermakers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Riverdale's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Kewanee, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-9-2.

Looking ahead, Riverdale will be playing at home against Canton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Kewanee, they will face off against DePue/Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
