Basketball Game Preview: Ogden International vs. Wells Raiders

Ogden International is 1-7 against Wells since February of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. Ogden International will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Wells Raiders at 4:30 p.m. Ogden International will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Ogden International is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Austin College and Career Academy 76-29. With Ogden International ahead 45-13 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ogden International to victory, but perhaps none more so than Diontae Deloach, who posted 18 points. Another player making a difference was Demarius Jones, who put up 18 points.

Meanwhile, Wells had to suffer through a 52-20 loss at the hands of Perspectives-IIT/Joslin. The contest marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Ogden International's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Wells, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Ogden International came up short against Wells in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 69-65. Can Ogden International avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
