Basketball Recap: Niles North Comes Up Short

Niles North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 56-32 to the Niles West Wolves. That's two games in a row now that the Vikings have lost by exactly 24 points.

Niles North's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Niles West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-12.

Niles North will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Maine East at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Niles West, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Regina Dominican at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
