Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Tahj Hill and Thai Garcia Lead Christian Collegiate Academy to Victory + How To Watch

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Thursday. Christian Collegiate Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Perry Central, sneaking past 57-54. The win was familiar territory for Christian Collegiate Academy, who have now won three contests in a row.

Leading Christian Collegiate Academy to victory were Thai Garcia and Tahj Hill. Garcia went 5-for-6 en route to 16 points, while Hill shot 56% from the field to rack up 20 points and six boards. Hill's big performance that evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Davis, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.

Christian Collegiate Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Perry Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Christian Collegiate Academy will challenge Bay at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Perry Central, they will take on Seminary at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
