Sulphur never got on the board in their matchup last Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against New Iberia on Tuesday. They blew past the Yellowjackets 10-2. The win continues a trend for the Golden Tors in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now won five in a row.

Pressy White was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out 18 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 13 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three stolen bases, and two runs. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Charlie Kyle, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and one double. Another player making a difference was Maliyah Navarre, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.
