Football Recap: Windham Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Windham had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Pinkerton Astros 28-0 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Jaguars in their meetings with the Astros: they've now lost eight in a row.

Windham and Pinkerton should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New Hampshire Rankings. The Jaguars (ranked 11th) will meet Malden Catholic (ranked 82nd) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Pinkerton will take on Manchester Central at 6:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (2 vs. 34).
