Basketball Recap: Mountain Valley Comes Up Short

Mountain Valley lost against Lake Region back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mountain Valley Falcons took a hard 54-40 fall against the Lake Region Lakers.

Mountain Valley now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lake Region, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain Valley and Winthrop will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Region will take on Yarmouth in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
