There's no place like home for Dakota, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders 3-0 on Wednesday. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Cougars this season.

Dakota walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18, 25-21.

Dakota's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 8-16-2. As for L'Anse Creuse North, they dropped their record down to 17-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dakota will host Romeo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for L'Anse Creuse North, they will take on Grosse Pointe South at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
