Soccer Recap: Eldorado Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Eldorado came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Coronado Cougars, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Eldorado can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nevada soccer rankings (they are ranked 29th, while Coronado are ranked first).

Eldorado's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Coronado, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Eldorado is taking a road trip to square off against Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Coronado, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Las Vegas at 5:45 p.m. Coronado's defense better be ready for this one: Las Vegas have averaged an impressive 3.6 goals per game this season.
