 Alamosa kept a clean sheet against Montezuma-Cortez  on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers out  1-0.  Jayden Wubben had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Alamosa.
 Alamosa's victory was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-5-1. As for Montezuma-Cortez,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 3-5-2.
 Alamosa will play host again  on Thursday to welcome Lake County, where kickoff is scheduled  at 4:30  p.m. Alamosa is facing Lake County at the right time seeing as Lake County is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for Montezuma-Cortez, they will be playing at home against Pagosa Springs at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Colorado (Pagosa Springs is ranked 177th, while Montezuma-Cortez is ranked 169th).
