Soccer Game Preview: Hastings vs. Standing Bear

The Hastings Tigers will head out to face off against the Standing Bear Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Hastings needed a bit of extra time to put away North Platte. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. That's two games straight that Hastings have won by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Standing Bear's game on Saturday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They never let Lincoln Northwest get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Standing Bear's winning goal came courtesy of Matthew Browning.

Standing Bear's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-11. As for Hastings, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-1.
