Basketball Game Preview: Rochester Falcons vs. Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors

The Rochester Falcons will square off against the Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rochester has four straight victories, Southfield Arts & Tech has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Tuesday, Rochester needed a bit of extra time to put away Royal Oak. They snuck past the Ravens with a 44-39 win.

Meanwhile, Southfield Arts & Tech came up short against Stoney Creek on Friday, falling 76-50. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 544th, while the Cougars are ranked 226th).

Southfield Arts & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Rochester, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
