Volleyball Recap: East Forsyth Falls Short of Pace Academy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East Forsyth can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Pace Academy Knights on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Broncos have suffered since August 21st.

Pace Academy can attribute much of their success to Britton McGurn, who had 17 assists. Lily Vadnais also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

East Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 23-12. As for Pace Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 23 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-7 record this season.

East Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pace Academy, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Starr's Mill on the 21st.
