Even though the Coral Glades Jaguars scored an imposing 59 points on Monday, the Lincoln Trojans still came out on top. Lincoln narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Coral Glades 62-59. The win made it back-to-back wins for Lincoln.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lincoln to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anthony Moore, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Moore has scored at least 25% of Lincoln's points. Quentin Thompson was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Coral Glades, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.
