Lone Star has gone a perfect 3-0 against Peetz recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Lone Star Longhorns will square off against the Peetz Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

On Saturday, Lone Star lost to Flagler on the road by a 55-38 margin.

Meanwhile, Peetz came up short against Weldon Valley on Friday and fell 50-39.

Peetz's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Lone Star, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

Everything went Lone Star's way against Peetz in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as Lone Star made off with a 59-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lone Star since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
