After failing to score in their last contest, Newcastle made sure to put some goals up on the board against Purcell on Monday. They blew past the Purcell Dragons 11-2. Hudson Stewart was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Newcastle now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Purcell, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Newcastle will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Kingfisher at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Purcell, they will square off against McLoud at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
