There's no place like home for North Fremont, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They never let the West Jefferson Panthers onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as North Fremont also won the last time the pair played back in April.
Benny Torres was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. Torres was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and an RBI.
