Several Spartans players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Gus Tripp, who scored seven points. Another player making a difference was Gavin Rhead, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.

La Crosse Logan's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-13. As for Sparta, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
