Soccer Recap: West Plains Comes Up Short

West Plains lost against Monett back in September of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Zizzers fell 4-2 to the Cubs. That's two games in a row now that West Plains have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for West Plains and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Monett, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Plains will host Logan-Rogersville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Monett, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cassville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give Monett their first taste of in-conference action this season.
