Basketball Recap: Z John Williams Sets Scoring Season-High Against Anna Tobeluk

Z John Williams was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 81-74 to the Anna Tobeluk Wolves. One positive for the Hawks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Z John Williams' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson-James Sipary, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Alexie Amik, who scored 18 points.

Z John Williams' loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Z John Williams has already played their next game, a 79-27 defeat against Ket'acik and Aapalluk Memorial on the 31st. Anna Tobeluk does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
