Volleyball Recap: Locust Grove Takes a Loss

Locust Grove was the 2-0 winner over Ola when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Mustangs on Thursday.

Locust Grove was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-14.

Locust Grove dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Ola, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Locust Grove is on the road again on Saturday to play Fayette County at 11:00 a.m. As for Ola, they will square off against Eagle's Landing at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
