It's playoff time, and Benet Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They didn't even let the Willowbrook Warriors on the board on Saturday, marking the Redwings' second-straight 2-0 shutout. The win was familiar territory for the Redwings, who have now won ten matchups in a row.

Their offense was headlined by Aris Maurukas and Reed Hefley, who picked up five kills apiece. Hefley really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with nine. Maurukas was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Benet Academy's record now sits at 27-6. As for Willowbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 9-27.

Looking ahead, Benet Academy will square off against Oswego East at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Willowbrook does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
