With a playoff win on the line, South Fork rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Port St. Lucie Jaguars with a sharp 8-0 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won 14 matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Port St. Lucie with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Calien Jones (4), Paige Sossi (3), and Alyssa Inchierchiere.

The victory (which was South Fork's seventh in a row) raised their record to 17-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 47 goals over those seven contests. As for Port St. Lucie, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

South Fork will take on Jensen Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Fork's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Jensen Beach's offense will have their work cut out for them. Port St. Lucie does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
