Duncan is 10-0 against Superior since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Duncan Wildkats will get right back to it and host the Superior Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Duncan will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Duncan beat Valley Union 34-28. Given the Wildkats' advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 116th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 236th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Superior played a tough contest back in December of 2024 in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Fort Thomas, falling 69-10. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-7.

Lilianna Fritz was Superior's leading scorer, having posted five points. Faith Denogean held things down on the boards with seven rebounds.

Duncan is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.9 points per game. As for Superior, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Duncan against Superior in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 45-7 win. Does Duncan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Superior turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
