Volleyball Game Preview: McArthur Mustangs vs. Sports Leadership & Management

The McArthur Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against Sports Leadership & Management at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. McArthur will be strutting in after a win while Sports Leadership & Management will be coming in after a defeat.

On Wednesday, McArthur made easy work of Northeast and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Hurricanes recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

McArthur not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Northeast between 14 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Sports Leadership & Management came up short against Somerset Academy South Homestead on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Sports Leadership & Management has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Sports Leadership & Management was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 26-24, 25-19.

McArthur's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
