Oak Hill has gone 8-2 against River Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Oak Hill Oaks will head out on the road to face off against the River Valley Raiders at 5:30 p.m. River Valley took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Oak Hill, who comes in off a win.

While Oak Hill didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They snuck past Valley with a 63-57 victory on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Oaks.

Meanwhile, River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a blow against Warren, falling 81-20. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-17.

They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Austin Richardson and Landon Burns, who each put up six points. Burns also led the team in rebounds with five. Tyler Wooten took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Oak Hill has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.5 points per game. As for River Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Oak Hill couldn't quite finish off River Valley in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 and fell 49-47. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of River Valley's Braden Bennett, who went 7 for 14 on his way to 23 points in addition to five boards and three steals.
