Basketball Game Preview: Hooks Hornets vs. Atlanta Rabbits

The Hooks Hornets will take on the Atlanta Rabbits at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Hooks has three straight victories, Atlanta has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Friday, Hooks didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Daingerfield, but they still walked away with a 59-53 win.

Meanwhile, Atlanta came up short against Marshall on Wednesday and fell 68-59.

Hooks' victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Atlanta, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Hooks came up short against Atlanta in their previous meeting back in January of 2025, falling 58-54. Can the Hornets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
