AAA Region 2 recap Oct. 23, 2012
Peach County extended the longest winning streak in AAA Region 2 this week by beating Central, 51-0. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.
On the ground, Peach County's Demarcus Robinson has rushed for 20 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Robinson. The Peach County star has 19 catches for 434 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Pike County takes on Chad Campbell's team. The Pirates are in fourth place, while the Trojans are in first place.
The Chargers made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,483 from 8,968. The improvement came about via a 51-0 victory over Central last week.
