Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask ALA - Queen Creek). They put the hurt on the Combs Coyotes with a sharp  23-3 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Patriots considering their two-run performance the  matchup before.
 Sadie Nielson was a standout: she scored four  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April of 2024.  Tatum Morris was another key player,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs, four  RBI,  and two  doubles.
 ALA - Queen Creek  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .756. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
ALA - Queen Creek moved to 10-11 with that  win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Combs, their loss was  their third straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 5-14.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: ALA - Queen Creek beat the Coyotes by a score of  16-1 on Thursday.
