Soccer Game Preview: St. Francis DeSales vs. Indian Hill

The St. Francis DeSales Stallions will head out to take on the Indian Hill Braves at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

St. Francis DeSales is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Olentangy Berlin on Thursday. They came up short against the Bears, falling 5-0. The defeat continues a trend for St. Francis DeSales in their meetings with Olentangy Berlin: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Indian Hill brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over Deer Park on Tuesday. Myer McKee was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Indian Hill used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Deer Park. Pedro Pinheiro played for 60 minutes having averaged 36.5 this season and Cooper Beiter got 55 vs. an average of 30.5. Pinheiro made the most of the opportunity, putting up one assist A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.

St. Francis DeSales' loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Indian Hill, the victory got them back to even at 6-6-2.
