Basketball Game Preview: Manley Wildcats vs. Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks

The Manley Wildcats will head out to face off against the Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Manley's defense has only allowed 20.8 points per game this season, so Steinmetz College Prep's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Saturday, Manley came up short against Senn and fell 49-38.

Manley might have lost, but man, Jaklaya Hunter was a machine: she went 14 of 31 on her way to 34 points along with seven boards and five steals. Hunter's afternoon made it 14 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ja Von Willis, who posted four points in addition to nine rebounds and five assists.

Meanwhile, Steinmetz College Prep waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 31-19.

Manley's loss dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Steinmetz College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.
