Baseball Game Preview: Pine Ridge Panthers vs. Mulberry Panthers

For the second straight game, Pine Ridge will face off against Mulberry. Pine Ridge will head out on the road to face off against Mulberry at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Pine Ridge heads in on the heels of a playoff match on Monday. They fell just short of Mulberry by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for Pine Ridge seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Pine Ridge saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abiezer Robledo, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Robledo is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

Mulberry is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Pine Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10-2.
