Volleyball Recap: Gresham Gets the Win

Gresham's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the La Pine Hawks.

Gresham's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for La Pine, they moved to 6-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Gresham wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against St. Helens on the 4th. As for La Pine, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Harrisburg at 6:00 p.m.
