The Twentynine Palms Wildcats will head out to face off against the Moreno Valley Vikings at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Twentynine Palms will be strutting in after a victory while Moreno Valley will be coming in after a loss.

Jenica Silvas made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing Two bases. while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Twentynine Palms got a massive performance out of Tui Young, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI Young has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Addy Simmons, who went 3-for-4 with two triples, one stolen base, and one run.

Moreno Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julia Harris, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3.

Moreno Valley now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Twentynine Palms, they moved to 3-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
