Basketball Recap: Metro Academy Comes Up Short

Metro Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 66-54 to the Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool Nighthawks. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Metro Academy's record is now 22-13. As for Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Metro Academy will square off against St. James Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
