Football Recap: Easthampton/Hampshire Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Easthampton/Hampshire's offense. They fell 12-0 to the Frontier Regional Red Hawks on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 36 points in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Colin Hogan threw for 91 yards on five of 11 attempts. Patrick Larson was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards.

Easthampton/Hampshire has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Frontier Regional, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.

Easthampton/Hampshire will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northampton at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. Frontier Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
