Soccer Recap: Casa Grande Falls Short of Canyon View in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Casa Grande can now relate to. They came up short against the Canyon View Jaguars on Thursday, falling 6-1. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Casa Grande now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Canyon View, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Casa Grande does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canyon View, they will head out to face off against Sunrise Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sunrise Mountain is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
