Rogers Heritage lost to Fayetteville back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The War Eagles came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 6-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the War Eagles.

Victoria Bone was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.

Rogers Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Fayetteville, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-9-2.

Looking ahead, Rogers Heritage will take on Russellville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fayetteville, they will square off against Sheridan at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Yellowjackets have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.
