Andrade Posts Huge Game in 32-28 Win

Alfredo Andrade was a major factor in Gadsden's win over Lovington on Friday. Nobody could stop Andrade as he rushed for 108 yards and three touchdowns.

If history really does repeat itself, Andrade might just drop another big game when he faces off against Santa Teresa on Friday. When Andrade last faced the Desert Warriors back in October of 2023, he rushed for 173 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry.

Frankie Galindo Makes It Two for Artesia

The second Artesia player making an appearance here is Frankie Galindo, and for good reason. He picked up 117 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 48 yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 61 yards.

Galindo and Artesia are taking a road trip to take on Goddard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Rockets, probably because Galindo had a solid game then too: he rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also caught a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
