Pleasant Ridge came into Tuesday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They won by a set and slipped past the Troy Trojans 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since October 10, 2024.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Pleasant Ridge got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 22-25, 25-23.

Pleasant Ridge's win bumped their record up to 8-13-6. As for Troy, their loss dropped their record down to 16-13.
