Basketball Recap: Ness City Eagles vs. Quinter Bulldogs

After flying high against Chase last Friday, Ness City came back down to earth. The Ness City Eagles fell to the Quinter Bulldogs 61-56. The Eagles lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 70-37 score last time.

Ness City's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Broxton Gall, who went 5 for 8 en route to 14 points along with seven assists and four steals. Those 14 points gave Gall a new career-high.
