Volleyball Recap: Villa Park Takes a Loss

Villa Park lost against Foothill back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans lost 3-0 to the Knights. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Villa Park was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-15, 25-16.

Villa Park's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Foothill, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Villa Park nor Foothill have any future games scheduled.
