Basketball Game Preview: Lakeside Lions vs. Ingraham Rams

Lakeside and Ingraham are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Lakeside Lions will head out to take on the Ingraham Rams at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Lakeside's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.

Lakeside is headed into the game having just posted their biggest victory since November 26, 2024 on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cleveland 57-29.

Meanwhile, Ingraham came up short against Ballard on Tuesday and fell 71-59. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 279th, while the Beavers are ranked 133rd).

Lakeside now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Ingraham, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Everything came up roses for Lakeside against Ingraham in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 65-32 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakeside since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
