Baseball Game Preview: Trinity Bulldogs vs. Southeast Alamance Stallions

Trinity has won six straight games at home, while Southeast Alamance has won six straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will host the Stallions at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Trinity was able to grind out a solid win over Providence Grove, taking the game 5-2.

Meanwhile, Southeast Alamance got the win against Bartlett Yancey on Tuesday by a conclusive 11-1. The Stallions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Southeast Alamance is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Trinity, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.
